Was about ready to get a freesync 1440p 144hz monitor.
But seeing some of the horror stories of backlight bleed etc, i'm pretty much out off an Ips panel in this area. My first ever widescreen Panasonic CRT Tv in 1999 had backlight bleed.... never again!
Are there any to recommend ? Its for gaming, 1440p is a must and not 60hz , 120hz or 144hz, TN or IPS ?
Havent decided on Amd or Nvidia for the next GPU upgrade so can go either way on Gsync or Freesync ? ( cancelled Furyx preorder after the pump/coil noise reports )
