Need a 1851 board, which would be better for out of these two GIGABYTE B860 EAGLE or MSI B860 GAMING PLUS WIFI or if you have another suggestion? Will be in use for 4-5 months until the rest of the build parts have arrived, will currently be running a 285k and 5090 as main PC while I start parting out my other builds. Reason I ask is would like to know which of the two or both would serve me in the meantime with everyday use/gaming and would be the smallest loss when I resale on?

From a quick look, the paper VRM specs seem to be rather similar, both are a bit... crap, if I'm honest (at least, for a 285K).
The MSI appears to have a better spec overall: it has 5Gb LAN, WIFI7, more and higher spec USB ports on the rear and a Thunderbolt 4 port.
