I'm going to be in the market soon for a second monitor which will also see service as a TV. My budget theoretically covers everything that I'm aware of in this particular market, and the space available means 22" is probably as big as I can go. 20" would be acceptable too, but 22" would be better. I don't want to run the TV functions through the PC so an inbuilt tuner is essential. Is there anything that stands out in the market? Obviously the Samsungs are drawing the eye, quite tempted by an analogue one as they're at really low prices, but that could be a false economy...
