I've only had hands on with the FP241W due to owning it but I did a lot of research into the DELL and this monitor before buying one of them and really the BenQ got almost flawless reviews everywhere I saw one. The DELL however seems to suffer from a few problems. Gaming at 1920x1200 on Crysis, UT3 and all the other latest FPS look absolutely stunning on it as you would expect and ghosting is not really an issue. The backlight is also very bright on first turn on and should be lowered to make it optimal but it does indicate how good that is :)

HDMI can be useful for the future too :p

Apart from its a lot more - is it worth it?

Uses some kind of 'PerfectMotion' technology or some such. From what I've read it doesn't make a shade of difference really but then I don't own that one. Seems to suggest it will improve the response times for fast moving stuff but I can't say I've noticed anything wrong with the W anyway :)

what are you going to use the monitor for? Out of the 3 you put there I would definetly choose the BenQ, but also consider other alternatives. e.g. if you are using it for just gaming and nothing else get the Samsung 245B or the HP 2408H and save yourself a few quid.

Got a Samsung 245B...seems ok. Happier with it than the Samsung pebble and 20" Philips...slightly more blurring than the pebble but generally better quality, build and no very very little bleed.

Iiyama where always bloody good at CRT's but i have never seen a Iiyama TFT widecreen yet.

Anyone used one as if they are any good, thats the one id go for. Just from past experiance with the company.
