Which 240mm AIO?

Looking to change my H80i (original V1) for something a little better as the pump noise on my Corsair is getting rather irritating.

I'm looking at the below, can someone advise which one would be the best. It's going onto an X5650 at 4.2ghz.

I'd try to get something with with the same tubing as the Venom A20 if I were you as I have heard a lot that the tubing used on the H1200 and 240v is prone to leaking due to the way they attach it.

Cheap AIO vs top air cooler is a no brainer IMO. Unless you really want an AIO for looks, then you will have a better experience with this:
