Which 2D Platformer - Owlboy, Sonic Mania or Cuphead?

The enhanced edition of Ori should be top of your list IMO if you've not played the game in either incarnation. Absolutely amazing visuals, story and gameplay. One of my favourite platformers ever. :)

Limbo and Inside are worth a look too if you can get them cheap.

Playing Ori definitive edition currently. Unbelievable game. I'll be sad when it's over.
 
Dont overlook Super Meat Boy. It's controls are just so perfect that when you die you know fine well it was your fault and not the game screwing you over :D
