Which 2Gb set? (two candidates)

Ok gonna buy some new RAM soon and im stuck between these two possabilities:

Which one shall i buy?

I have a E6300 running at 2.8 atm and a DS3 mobo. Main reason why im getting new RAM is because im gettin Vista pretty soon and my 1Gb Geil set is givining me porblems

Of those 2 i would go for the cellshock, uses D9 ic's, the corsair uses promos that dont seem to fair as well.
