Not too sure which one is better or if there are any alternatives, it will be used mainly for gaming and I can't seem to decide based on their being quite a lot of positive and negative reviews for both. I've always leaned towards Dell making great quality 30"s but that's just purely opinion.

If anyone who has these monitors (or the dons who've experienced them) could give me some advice i'd be very thankful :)

Thanks.

Well, I can't comment on the Hazro, but I love my Dell U3011. To be honest, I can't see anyone being disappointed with owning one either.

Only downside as far as I can tell is that it doesn't do portrait mode, but that is not a consideration for me.

I think the Dell is worth the extra for the warranty alone. If you have the cash, just buy the Dell (or Hazro), if you don't like it you can always DSR it and get your money back

100% agree on Dell U3011,fantastic monitor.3 year warranty is nice piece of mind.Have owned about 6 Dell monitors over the years, never had dead or stuck pixels(maybe Im lucky).
Can't comment on the Hazro, from reading user reviews seems to have a very good picture and is cheaper.Hazro support on the other hand looks anything but stellar(from reading user posts on this forum).
Good luck with whatever you choose, sure you'll enjoy.

Dell Rocks hazros boat if you want a cheap IPS panel buy the hazro but don't expect it to be like the Dell that is £400 more expensive for a reason. Not saying the dells aren't a bit over priced but I think where IPS panels are involved you want perfection and the hazro doesn't match the DELL and nor should it for the price.

That makes it look worse than it is, you basically lack the awesome Dell support (including their pixel warranty) and input possibilities other than that the Hazro really isn't a step down picture-wise.

i got a second hand dell 08 30 incher for less than 500 and to be fair can't fault it. games have taken on a new beauty. cant stand crappy 3-monitor setups for the driver and bezel issues but this means I can keep upgrading and not really hit a brick wall with the resolution. ps don't buy a hazro 30" get a second hand dell they do not break, you absolutely need no warranty.

I did get the hazro the picture is awful compared to the old dell 30" i swapped it for. Seriously don't know why anyone would buy a hazro go for a 120fps monitor with 3d over a hazro if you must use that nice new graphics card for something over the norm. and wait a minute the dell is now only 839 new!!! thats barely more than hazro get it!!!
