Which 34 inch ultra wide?

I am speccing a new machine and monitor and will go for a 34 inch ultra wide 3440x1440

It seems that there is greater choice of freesync rather than g-sync

That may dictate I go vega rather than Nvidia

It will be a ryzen build.

Which monitor would people recommend for fee sync and which for g-sync (if any)? I would like to spend around £600 ideally but could go higher, but don't really want to go much over £750

Will be used for work all day and then gaming.

What about any of these? How much difference does the refresh rate make? I am coming from a 24 inch dell i have had for yonks 1920x1200 i think
