Which 400cc bike on a budget?

Hi there,

Ive been looking at getting a 400cc bike and will have up to £1000 to spend. Im 6 foot so a smaller bike is probably a no go.

im quite a bike noob, but I was looking at cbr, vfr, rvf, zxr, gxr..

How will insurance vary and tax vary between them, I am 21?

Idealy should i be looking at a bike with low mileage?
