Hi, I want to buy one of the OC's prebuilt units. Long story but I don't want to bother building it myself and these systems below seem great money and I am not saving much.

I do not need a Monitor, Keyboard, or Mouse. I have Windows 7 Home Premium Family Licence so I do not require an OS.

I'm considering one of the following:

"Titan Odin" Intel Pentium Dual Core E5300 2.66GHz @ 3.00GHz DDR2 System
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-198-OK&tool=5
This Week Only Offer: £409.99

or

"Titan Pyro" AMD Athlon II X2 Dual Core 245 2.90GHz DDR2 System
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-192-OK&tool=5
£419.99

Both full specifications look absolutely identical apart from the MB/Processor so I am keen to know which is considered the better buy?

As an alternative for consideration I have a spare PCI-E nVidia 9800 GT that is in perfect condition that I could use in either of these:

"Primo Predator" Intel Pentium Dual Core E5300 2.66GHz @ 3.00GHz DDR2 System
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-186-OK&tool=5
£329.99

or

"Primo Oren" AMD Athlon II X2 Dual Core 245 2.90GHz DDR2 System
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-187-OK&tool=5
£319.99 (although I don't like the case)

But does the Corsair 400 ATX PSU have a PCi-E connector? I assume it does?

Help gratefully received... Regards Neil

Why exactly don't you want to build it yourself?

Time basically. I need it ready and running for my daughter by the end of the week at the latest as I am flying to New York for work at the weekend for a week.

Plus when I looked at the deals I didn't feel I could get any major performance benefit or cheaper price by buying the same myself and building

Regards Neil.

I know, so the challenge was getting close to the £409 figure with a *better* build? Any takers?

You didn't specify what the purpose of the computer was for though I imagine it would be email and msn with your daughter.

No building nessesary ;) = Laptop, link laptop upto big screen.

Hi, the PC is for extensive World Of Warcraft, extensive Photoshop, Sims 2 & 3 and yes a lot of Word, MSN Messenger and Email.

It's mainly for her but is also shared. No state of the art games or 3d needs.
