which ram will be best for overclocking this system?

ill be happy to hit 3 / 3.3ghz

is pc6400 good enough or will i get more performance from faster memory?

3-3.3ghz only needs PC6400.

The OCZ Vista Gold kit is much-loved, tho it may be worth having a look for the PC8000 Platinum version (start stocking this please OcUK).
