Which 4k 28" gaming monitor

I would be using it for PS4 / TV usage (sound can be obtained from an external speaker jack, or internal monitor speakers), with a bit of gaming on the pc. I already have a Asus Rog Swift PG278Q for the PC, so it be mainly for the first two.

If you are using it for TV and PS4 you would be better with a 40" 4k TV probably.

tbh for 4K I'd get a bigger screen than 28"
