Which £500-£650 laptop?

I'm looking for a laptop mainly for work. I run a few applications at once such as word, excel a few instances of firefox and sometimes more demanding apps like photoshop and dreamweaver.

Gaming would be nice too but I'm not a big gamer so it's not at the top of the list. 15 inch screen is fine but a bigger one is better. Drive size doesn't need to be huge. I'd choose performance over screen, drive size and looks.

Any suggestions as to what I should be looking at?

Why didn't you just use "ban me" as the title?

No competitors, and you can't change the title.

I thought you could change titles? Just click "go advanced" on the editing options?

tbh as its ebay they sell everything

just look at what people recommend then find it on there

but u really shouldnt ask stuff like this on the ocuk forum

Thanks for mentioning that.... it does kind of make my thread redundant though. I'll just have a look through other people threads and try to figure it out for myself.

I'm a seller and have 3 accounts, the account that I buy stuff on for the business seems to get vouchers quite regularly. Usually £10 here or £10 there but the most recent one was 20% of anything including postage which is obviously worth more if you make a large purchase. I guess it might have something to do with my buying habits. I spend several hundred pounds in one go, say on shelving for the warehouse. Then I don't buy anything for a few weeks. I can only assume that they see me as a someone who spends a lot on each purchase, but then they think something has put me off eBay so they send me a voucher to get me back.
