Which 500W-600W Modular PSU?

You'll struggle to get a fully modular PSU for such a low wattage.
YOUR BASKET
1 x Seasonic G series 650w '80 Plus Gold' Modular Power Supply £99.95
1 x Antec High Current Gamer 620W '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply £69.95
1 x Seasonic S12II 620W '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply £67.99
1 x Seasonic S12II 520W '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply £59.99
Total : £310.48 (includes shipping : £10.50).

There's one semi-modular on there, I find modular to be a bit of gimmick anyway

The Antec one is great, its also a Seasonic under the hood.

Why not add a little more power?
There is always good to have some spare for future upgrades.
I use EVGA 750W, however there is one a bit smaller, EVGA SuperNOVA NEX650G Gold.
It also supports 4th generation Intel CPUs (Haswell) and that's not the only selling point.
I have the 750W version of this PSU and I love it. It is completely silent, even under load.
And that 5 years warranty is a huge bonus (you just need to register at EVGA site within 30 days of purchase). Oh, I sure sound like salesman here, lol.
But I really love EVGA PSUs, they never let me down ( and few other PSUs gave up on me before, this one didn't ).
Ah, and you mentioned good looking (you can check EVGA site and see for yourself, that thing looks gorgeous).
And the price is around 80£, so competitive.

Way I look at it is:

500W = Single card solution. (Can overclock as well tbh)
550W = Single card with overclocks.
650W = Single card, pointless as 550W handles it fine.
750W = Dual card with overclocks.
850W = Power hungry cards with overclocks.

Why do I list this? Because most decent 550W are out of stock, especially those lovely XFX units, meaning that it's most 450W or 650W left out of the bigger mix, if you're going to get a 650W then it'll be better money to put the extra and get a 750W to future proof yourself.

You missed:

2 x 1200W: 8 Pack LN2 Single Card bench
3 X 1200W: 8 Pack 4-way SLI Bench.

:D

Anyway..

Reaper makes a valid point a lot of sub 650W PSU's are Out of stock, even the Antec one stulid is in love with. :)

I've always ran this 550W corsair one with an OC'd x4 955 (125W?), GTX 560 and 5 120mm fans, 2HDD's so whilst having headroom is a nice sentiment-in truth it's just really unnecessary.

The Antec could be a winner, thanks chaps :)
