Don't think I'll bother with Gigabyte, seen numerous reports of thermal gel leaking
Zotac has a 5 year warranty compared to Asus 3, Asus is using dual bearing fans, not sure if the Zotac does!

cheers

i have the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5070 Ti SFF. no issue at all from gel so far, tbh its wisper quiet idles at 22 - 25 degrees have in POE2 at 2k with eveything maxed and DLSS performace mode. it barely get over 50 degrees in game. have experinced microstuttering though but tbh that mostly likely is a issue unrelated to the GPU.

looks like I'll be going with the Asus Prime OC, I've been unable to find out if the Zotac has dual bearing fans.
also regarding the warranty side, I've been that only the 1st year is dealt with by OCUK, after you have to deal with the manufacture :-(

Who told you that? I don't think that's true. Zotac do offer an extended warranty if you register with them, but the rest should be covered.

"Overclockers UK covers the entire warranty period for the majority of the products stocked.

On your item’s product page, the warranty should be listed as part of the specifications.

Some manufacturers may offer an extended warranty period. In this instance, you are required to contact the manufacturer directly within the first 30 days to register. This extended period of warranty is then held with the manufacturer directly and not Overclockers UK.

For certain products, we may request that you contact the manufacturer directly. This is because they may offer enhanced support or a faster turnaround time.

If you are unable to do this, we respect your decision and will process the warranty claim on your behalf. Just be aware that this could cause a delay."

Even if it was true, they have a UK based RMA centre unlike most manufacturers that sell in the UK.

Ironically, if I had to deal directly with one of these companies for warranty support Asus would be pretty much the bottom of my list.

I called OCUK, that's what they told me.
I also asked if the Zotac uses dual bearing fans, but the info they had on the Zotac didn't mention it. TBF it's not mentioned on Zotac's website!

Yeah ASUS don't have a great rep when it comes to customer service, which is why I was asking who would deal with any potential RMA, at least ASUS might actually sort the issue raised by OCUK.
