Okay, I have this PC:

I want to upgrade to a Radeon 6870, but I need some help on which one I should pick. Since from what I can tell, there's Sapphire and XFX and Asus and so on, and I don't which I should go for. And of course, I want to make sure the card will fit my machine.
As well as this, I'm thinking I'll need a PSU upgrade - since my current one is 450w, and the 6870 (as far as I know) requires 500w. So, in that regard as well, I would like some guidance. 'cause I don't want to go spending a load of money on one and find it doesn't even fit.
