Quiet cooler and decent overclocker. It also exhausts hot air out of the case.

The only thing I would say about the dual fan is that a couple have been reported to unlock to a HD 6970 but that's far from guaranteed and I wouldn't base your buying decision on that.

are sure its only a couple, seems to have dual bios, with preset unlock?
I don't know how many of the Dual Fan cards have or will unlock, no one does.
There are a couple mentioned in the product reviews and I think I recall 1 person mentioning it in the forum.
It's by no means guaranteed and you can only regard it as a bonus if it does unlock.
Just havng the dual BIOS, even one where the second BIOS is a HD 6970 BIOS, isn't a guarantee of unlocking. For example not all the TOXIC editions unlocked even though they had a HD 6970 BIOS.
The HIS is a better deal but if you want to take a chance on the Dual Fan unlocking then that's your choice.
