Which 7900GT to get?

Which GFX card to get for ~200

Hi, having reviewed my earlier post in this place, i have completely re-edited it to say this:

I am looking for the best value for money pci-e graphics card for between £150 and £200.

I was leaning toward a 7900gt, but have since seen loads of praise for the x1800xt and have no idea which to get. SO any advice on whcih card and which make to get would be hugely appreciated. thanks

Hi! Well I'm very new to all this, hoping to build my first PC soonish, but...

From what I can tell the X1900XT is the most recommended card in that range.

I'm going to get the HIS one because it should be a bit quieter.

Yeah the x1900 XT is definately the card to go for in that price range, fantastic value.

Another alternative is the 7900GTO

Clock this to GTX speeds and you have a winner 512 MB ram too
