Gigabyte are great for warranty. MSI used to be but a few bad reports lately don't help. I would still go MSI though as they are great quality.

I have this one and it works flawlessly, as its a reference design you can get a patch to flash it to the new boost clocks too (the card has switchable dual bios to boot so its impossible to screw this up)
