Which 8GB RAM to buy?

Hi people

Getting myself an i5 2500k and an Asus P8P67 PRO Intel P67. Need advice on the best 1600MHz 8GB RAM to buy.

Don't really know anything about timings etc so need your advice.

What's the difference between the two vengeance?

The G Skill RAM uses CAS9 timings and is £5 cheaper. Should I go for that?
