Need a little help choosing myself a case, if anyone has the time. Skip to the bold Straight to the point section to avoid a short background/info
Essentially I wanted an antec 900, but they've gone up in price so much that I can't consider them mid-range for the purposes of my budget.
I'm aiming for a £520-ish build (600 with VAT, basically)
E8400/Q6600 £150
P5Q or similar £100
4GB OCZ PC8500 £45
4830/9800GT or similar £95
With PSU/drives, I get left about £50-60 for a case (Speakers, keyboard/mouse, monitor, OS are sorted already)
Straight to the point
I want an antec 900
I can't afford an antec 900
I have £50-60 and would like something similar or at least comparable
This basically gives me:
Antec 300 - £50
Cooler Master 690 - £65
Cooler Master 590 - £55
Or any other similar small-medium tower with a similar number of fan slots.
I'd really prefer one with dust filters and cable management, tool-less installation isn't an issue. I'll be replacing all LED fans.
Any thoughts on which would be best, or any alternatives? Similarly priced of course.
