Which 9070Xt are you going for?

Bagged a Asrock Taichi OC to fill in for my 4090 which is hopefully going to be repaired . Really had enough of NVIDIA cards - you spend a fortune and they last just long enough to get out of warranty and then go belly up.Looking at Kitgurus average I might just keep 9070XT and sell 4090 if it is repairable.

I will be going for XFX Quicksilver magnetic air some time this year. Haven't seen it in stock anywhere atm.

It will be a massive upgrade from my gtx 970 (using it for 10 years )

So I was on a website last night and an AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT PRIME OC was in stock at £780...wacked it in the basket and spent 10 mins hunting for any reviews....came back and it had gone. Lol..not sure if ive missed out or missed a bullet. Doh.

Dodged a bullet. That card is worth £600 max, it's Asus' base model with a factory OC. You can get better-built cards with OC for about £100 less, more if OCUK stock the Gigabyte Gaming OC at £629 again.

Phew...cheers mate, thx for putting my mind at ease. I had my beer goggles on last night but was sensible enough to hold off. I've got a budget of £800-900 for a card which is burning a hole in my pocket. On a 2070s so keen to buy.

Good to see what the proper non gouged price difference between the Pulse and Pure should be though......
