Hi,

I have a wndr3700 connected to my nas and would like a wireless adapter by the tv for when I watch hd films via a laptop and possibly a htpc or some form of media player.

I have been considering the WNCE3001 however I'm unsure if this supports N600 which is the fastest my router will broadcast if I'm correct?

When using the built in wireless adapters in the laptops (n speed) the film sometimes pauses so trying to eliminate that. Would the above adapter receive 1080p hd films perfectly?

And would I be able to connect it to a switch to connect more than one device?

Many thanks

Doesn't look like it supports multiple streams and doesn't mention if it supports 40mhz wide channels so you won't get the (theoretical) 600Mb/s of your router, but even basic single stream 802.11n should be fine for h264 encoded 1080p with half decent signal, as this only needs ~10mb/s

Can't see an issue connecting a switch to it.
