Which ADSL provider to replace plusnet?

Currently on plusnet premier which expires soon, so for £21.99/mo what better is there that I can subscribe to?

Also while on the subject, my house for next year, currently with bulldog 8mb (LLU I assume), that will be cancelled soon, so whats the best deal for a house with 4 students, I like to download a bit and no doubt so do the others, 8mb would be great and the cheaper the better.
