Which ADSL router do you have?

Linksys WAG354G. Doesn't always want to connect. If I turn it off and back on straightaway (read within 15mins) I would need to reset it and put my details and security back on. I don't like it.

Can echo this experience. Eventually mine stopped connecting at all even after turning off/on and/or rebooting.

Wasn't ever really convinced by it - won't be buying again. Cheap for a reason IMO.

each to their own i suppose, but i've never had any problems with mine (touch wood) and it wasn't that cheap.

Speedtouch 576, might drop it for a 585 this week.

Has been solid as a rock, only let down being the single ethernet port.

Infact, I don't think it has ever crashed, not during hardcore P2P, not during hardcore gaming, not ever! :p

I have the Netgear DG834PN (purchased from here, with the USB bundle). It seems to be fairly good at punching through brick walls, holds a steady signal and was a doddle to set up. It was also very easy (for a twonk like me) to configure the ports for my new filesharing 'hobby'. Plus it has a faintly ridiculous set of blue leds in the top. :D

I used to have the old stalwart DG834 for two years, until the transmitter started losing strength and dropping channels. Sad day when that got binned... :(

Netgear DG834G here.

Had a Netgear DG834v3 previously and had no probs at all with it, so when I got a laptop recently, decided to go wireless so I could use both PC's and plumped for the DG834G as I liked the DG834 I had before.

Never had a bit of bother with it. Set up is so easy, a monkey could do it. :p

I have an Netgear DG834N, its my second one in 10 days, the first one went pear-shape. But this one is working fine, very easy to install and configure with the basic settings.

DG834G v2. Get godawful speeds peaktime and disconnects on msn but I feel it may be Homecall's fault.

Using a US Robotics 9106 wireless modem/router.

To be honest I'm not happy as I only bought it so my wii could access the net without the need for PC to be on (PC is still wired connection) and I drop the connection about 3-4 times a night and reset every other day....

Sean :)
