Which Air Cooler...

Hey all,

I am buying a Antec P182 soon and want a new air cooler aswell for my Intel C2D E4300, what is my best bet for a quiet air cooler.

I am not sure at all which one to get at there is so many on the market at the minute.

Any recommendations?

ACF7 Pro is a good budget cooler and extremely silent, if you want something more beefier then the Noctua is really good and almost silent..

All these heatsinks are starting to look the same, few heatpipes big aluminium tower with a comically large fan attached. :eek:

Might reattach my ultra extreme today...lapped the base of it down a bit, to the eye it looks much flatter at least.

Lapped mine a few days ago and made a big difference and at least you know it's flat lol.

Yes I gotta admit I had to lap mine too..

I was well Pi***d off when it cost me nearly £50 and it wasnt flat..

EDIT - Hehe just read their product description properly and all they've done really has changed the fan
