FX6300 is good too for people that absolutely cannot fork out the £30-£40 extra for the 8320.
But not sure if the motherboard that OP currently got is good enough for either, especially if overclocking.
Someone here has 5.3GHz on his 8350 - I've never seen an 8320 get that high, but you obviously need water for that. It could be pure luck, but it's more than possible that the higher clocked CPUs will reach higher clocks on lower volts.
I wouldn't get a Gigabyte board for overclocking at all, particularly anything under the 990FX UD5. Just too many issues, the UD3 Rev 3 despite being >£100 has had problems even running at stock.

That's because its pre Piledriver and needed a BIOS update to support it, my board is new, its Revision 1.0 and supports Piledriver out of the box
