Which apps to use to test memory?

Memory overclocking is confusing to me, but which apps do you use to test it for stability?

So far I've used mem test and put it onto a bootable CD.

Is there anything else I should use to test/monitor both performance and stability?

Prime95 should stress the ram if you use large fft's

Memtest won't stress the ram, just test for errors.
