Which apu for WoW only

Hi, does anyone know which apu will be ok for World of Warcraft? I would like to play on med/high, and be able to play lag free in big raids. At the same time, I want the cheapest apu to do this. I have had a look on a few, but can't seem to figure out which is better.

The dearest is the 7850k for £115, would like to spend around half of that. But, will go closer to that mark if it means I have to pay for the performance.

I have heard of new apu's coming out, not really interested in them.

Do you already have a APU motherboard and the fast Ram these things like? Do you have a GFX card I suppose is the other question.

yes MSI A88XI-AC mobo, and 2 x 4gb 2400mhz ram

There are Youtube videos showing WOW playing on APUs and they seem happy enough, the 6600K is a good compromise.

Or £100 for the 7700K Kaveri.

Another option is an Athlon X4 FM2 and a cheap GFX card, anything like a R7 250 or greater is better than an APU.

Raids with lots of players are very CPU-heavy. I wouldn't expect flawless performance with an APU.

What you are looking for is not possible. One, because even beefy i7s have dips for big raids, due to the engine limitation. Two, because you are looking to spend too little. Three, because AMD CPUs are weak in WoW. Four, because you have no GPU.

Basically, you won't get what you want so just buy whichever APU you can afford.
