Which are the best nuts?

As I sit here with cashews, brazils and walnuts, I wonder - what is the favourite nut of GD?

For me, it has to be the cashew - unsalted: perfection in a small form. Pistachios would also be a contender if not for the unshelling.

Before the obvious answers, jokers, we've heard them before. This is a serious question!

A salted cashew nut is nutty perfection. More flavoursome than normal nuts, less cumbersome than other nuts. It's the ideal nut.

Can't eat nuts any more but used to love roasted one's. Can't say I like cashews or Brazil nuts though.

Cashews are nice but very oily, my faves are Dry Roasted or Chilli peanuts.

My vote is for the cashew , a veritable festoon of flavour on my palette. I also like that they look a bit like rodents brains if you look at them from a certain angle.
