I'm looking for a suitable AVR

So current kit is (or will be)
2x4k HDR TV's
Sonos Connect
Speakers - 2 bluecube BCK 65 for rears, Mass audit sub and 2x satelites for front
2 garden speakers - probably bose
PS4 pro, Xbox X, Apple TV, PC etc.

Requirements
Ability to play same 4k HDR source to two 4k TV's at the same time.
Good app - won't have line of sight to amp so will control via app (maybe logitech harmony down the line)
Wifi/network connectivity for App better than bluetooth due to distance (if controlling in garden)
Ability to play Sonos via internal speakers or both internal and garden speakers at the same time (I realise it will be treated as one room)
Control volume with Sonos App a plus.
Alexa support of some sort also a plus.

Would a Sony 1080 or Denon 2400 do this?
Is it worth spending a bit more and going for the Denon AVRX3400.
The HDMI split zone thing intrigues me and I could see it being useful as it would let say the PS4 be played on one TV - with wireless headphones whilst the 5.1 and movie is playing on another?

Thanks,
