Which battery for 350D?

Hi all, im after a second battery for my 350D, what one should I be looking for? All this 'mAh' is confusing me...

Thanks, I have found 2 X 900mAh batteries for £18, is this good?

I might get the battery grip as well, it can hold 2 batteries and its easier to hold, right?
