Which benchmark or stress test will test the full VRAM on a GPU?

I have a graphics card a GTX 1080ti, works great with Unigien Heaven benchmark, even with an overclock, but when you try to fill up the VRAM with a game, the card falls over very quickly.

Does anyone know of a good VRAM stress tester that perhaps can even test all the way up to say a RTX 3090?

Try OCCT it has a VRAM test to make sure the VRAM is working correctly and other tests you can run from it.
