which benchmark to use

now that ive installed patch 1.2 vor crysis, and read everyone has had good results from it, i would like to check what im getting when playing i.e fps etc
but which is the best free software to use

well mainly so i can check crysis but also in general so to check all games etc

Rivatuner is a good one for checking fps and temps etc during games

FRAPS is the obvious choice, it displays an overlay which you position in the corner of your screen (also supports G15 LCD display).
