Due to so family issue's I wont be able to replace my PSU until the end of the month so I have decided I am going to go with a new Bequiet Dark Power Pro like last time since waiting will give me a bigger budget. However I am unsure which wattage i'll need. Here's my system specs:

i-2500k overclocked to 4.3 Ghz
MSi P67-G45 Motherboard
8GB Kingston DDR3 10666C9
Gigabyte 460 GTX SoC Edition 1GB
OCZ Vertex 120GB SSD Hard Drive

Im looking into reviews of the AX now and from what I am reading the AX650 etc are basically Seasonic X-PSU's with Corsair branding

Thats it exactly, most of these good PSU are just Seasonics platforms with a new name or made by Seasonic to a price point.

I even think the Bequiet P9 you linked to is a Seasonic.

Yeah I found a review of the X-650 which would be the Corsair AX650

Functionality (20% of the final score) - with completely modular topology, not much can be said against the cabling on this unit. No, not many people would find the need to unplug the main ATX cable from the unit, but I can't really say it's that big a deal as stable as this unit held its voltages. And fanless operation is nice... especially when this unit was able to remain fanless for a whole test in my hot box. 10 . Man, I'm throwing those tens around an awful lot lately.

Speaking of which my Budget is 140

At Full load the Bequiet hit's 25.9dB(A) compared with the Corsair AX850 which reaches 40db(A) at full load which is probably due to the choice of fan plus the fact that Corsair cannot put a PWM fan into the AX because of an Antec Patent apprantly. But honestly I wont be hitting even close to half load even with a 750W so the 2 PSU's are pretty close at around 18dB(A)

25.9 vs 40 (if thats an accurate measurement?) is a lot.

every 3db is meant to be a doubling in sound pressure.

Well the 40dB(A) was confirmed from Corsair's testing labs as being the highest sound output of the fan used in the AX at 100% load. The one used in the Bequiet is a Silentwings 120/140mm fan (depending on the model) with a highest rated dB(A) under 100% load at 25.9dB(A)

Well one of my educated guesses based on power consumptions in reviews of a GTX560ti suggest you would be pulling just over 300W at the wall socket while gaming heavily.
