Which black heatsink?

So, I'm looking to get a black heat sink to go with my new 2500k which I'll be ordering when the facebook 10% off voucher hits. These 3 seem pretty decent, want to overclock to the 4.5 mark, which should be easy with any of them right? Anyone have any idea if the Zero Infinity is any good and worth the extra price? And with the Megahalem, what fans should I get to go with it?

Don't know whether you have a budget but this is very nice, got my i5 @ 4.8ghz and it's still in the 50'sc when gaming, dam good looking too, sorry can't help with heatsinks but sure someone will through some light on them.

The megahelims is a very good cooler, looks gorgeous in black. If you wanted to keep an all black look, id suggest a pair of black akasa apaches.

Think I'm going to get the Bitfenix spectre pro's in black with white LEDs, as they're on offer this week and also need 3 fans for my case, so 5 of those apaches is going to get quite pricey
