Which board for Quad Xeon?

I have a Xeon X3220 2.4GHz Quad on pre-order and have a choice of two boards here to put it in.

An Asus P5W64-WS Pro or a

Gigabyte GA_965P_DS3P

Which would people recommend and why? I'm hoping to get it to 3GHz without too much effort.

Apparantly the Asus P5B is one of the best boards you can get for these chips. using one myself and all seems good so far, although I haven't really pushed it yet due to temps.

The Asus P5K Deluxe could be the board to get depending on what FSB they can hit with quads, though it's a big step up in price. You can disable Vdroop on them by all accounts.

I've got the 2 boards already - I'm just wondering which to use. The Asus board has been rock solid with an E6600 but runs quite hot (47 degrees typically). The Gigabyte should run cooler, but will it be as stable?
