which board is best?

What motherboard would you choose from the list below and why?

1. Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H
2. Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UP4
3. ASUS P8Z77-V Pro
4. AsRock Z77 Extreme6

Open to other suggestions.

UP4 TH for me, or UD5H wifi.

Also the MSI Z77 M-Power in that range.

No 2, UP4, better power phases, solid all rounder and Gigabyte have a UK warranty. Also there have been noticeable issues with the UD5H (had one myself and sent back) only heard good things about UP4
