I'd say it depends on what your going to be using it for and what components you'll be putting in it?
What CPU & Graphics card do you have?

I would go for the Gigabyte all ay long. Such an awesome little board, overclocks like a beast too!

Radeon 4850 1gb (i'll upgrade to better card someday)
Corsair XMS3 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (going to buy them soon)]
HDD Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3250410AS 250GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5"
And power supply 600W
