Which Broadband?

Hey guys,
I'm moving house in a couple weeks to a little town called Buckfastleigh in Devon. I am wondering what ISP I should go for? Since it is a small town fibre optic is unavailable for the moment. Which ISP is best? For reliable download speeds and online gaming?

I'm not too sure which company to go for, the companies available to me are all the same download speed of 17Mbps. TalkTalk seem to be the cheapest, but are they reliable?
