I already have the other pieces and main PC usage will be light gaming and watching blueray DVD's and Recording with Tuner sat card.

HD4770
640GB WD
Antec 850w

The UD4P is a ddr3 board and you are listing as having ddr2.

there is both, the XT is ddr3 while the X is ddr2

I'm going with the intel build, maybe if I got some cash I will get the P55
