Which Bundle? i5/i7

Im going to be upgrading most my system tonight, Ive had a q6600 @3.0ghz, 4gb ram, ati 5850 for the last 7 years or so

about time for an upgrade.

Been looking at these overclocked bundles. I mainly use my pc for watching films/tv shows and a bit of gaming. (racing + fps).

Im pretty set on getting the new 250gb samsung evo ssd and the antec high current gamer psu

Just not sure on which motherboard bundle to get. I am thinking i5 would be enough for my needs but would like it to last at good 5/6 years again.

My budget for the bundle is about £450-500. Would be nice to get the 16gb ram too. The GPU can be updated at a later stage.

When I last looked at upgrading a couple of years ago, the i7 was deemed as unnecessary unless you were doing video editing etc. Has this now changed with the newer i5 and i7 processors? ie. There is a more clear advantage for using the i7 as opposed to the i5

would you guys recommend the 4770k or the 4820k? which is newer?

how is this looking? Will the 2400mhz ram work with that mobo?

Just 1 GPU for now, I do plan to upgrade it though when I can afford. Just realised Im missing a Heatsink too! Any recommendations?

thanks for the advice, I decided to order what was in my sceenshot with the addition of a Phanteks PH-TC14PE CPU Cooler - Orange. Just need to get saving for a GPU now! oh and a monitor. Expensive these bloody computers!
