which bundle ?

Hi guys ive started to get some gear together to build myself a pc (my current one still has a p4 3gig lol). so far ive got cooler master 690 advance case a ocz zs series 650w psu, a 120gb ocz agility 3 ssd and a sony 24x dvd drive. I will also have a 250 gig hard drive to fit in temporally and a palit gts250 e green gpu untill i gather some more funds to upgrade these but i need the main parts now i.e motherboard cpu and memory to get started.ive been looking at this bundle http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BU-111-OE&groupid=43&catid=2384&subcat=2288 will this be ok or would you guys suggest something alternative ?

I'd say that is a good choice! The bundle which is slightly more than that I would say isn't as good as that slightly cheaper one.

& it would pair very nicely with one of the current gen GPU's at a later date

Hi guys I've got my rig going and installed windows 7 32 but when I look at the memory it says 8gig installed but only 3.5 usable ?? Is this right ?

Yes 32 bit operating systems cannot use more than 4GB of RAM.

Necessary if you want to use all the memory. You may be able to use the licence key from the 32 bit version.

Google win7 64-bit usb installation, if you got a usb stick you can use that to install it. That's the only place I know.

They all link back to the untouched .iso from microsoft. as far as i know, 32bit licenses are usable on 64bit os'. just pick the 64bit version your license corresponds to, in your language.
