SCART to SCART will work. Make sure to set the Sky box picture menu to SCART = RGB that really is the betteer option between RGB and PAL.
However, any Sky box with a HDMI socket really does work best with HDMI. If this is your main source of TV viewing then you should have a think about rigging some of those other devices connected by HDMI. Perhaps even look at a HDMI switch?
SCART doesn't support 1080i HD, or any version of HD. If you watch via SCART you'll still see a picture for the HD channels, but what you'll be watching is the SD version of it. The quality isn't the same.
