i have created a poll to finish a quarrel between me and a few of my friends, we have been arguing on which car we believe is the bests £1000 car and we can not decide. every vote will be useful, thanks in advance.

At a push, 2.8 3 series but it would want work at that price.

I had a £900 e36 328i auto which was great but it cost me the purchase price again getting it right....
