I will be getting a new rig soon with a 20" widescreen monitor, I was wondering if there would be a big difference between the 320MB and 640MB GTS's running a 1680 x 1050 resolution. Would the increase in price be worth the increase in performance?

Between those two, I'd pick the 640mb. I have a 20" WS monitor, and I've decided to go for the GTX if I can get it for about £350. Just looking at some performance figures, theres a big gap between the GTS and GTX, especially with AA enabled. I'm getting £100 for my 7900GT so it's only going to cost me about £250. Hoping to get it this weekend - just in time for STALKER
