Which Card for 4k

Hey all i know ive asked this question already lol. But still stuck after looking around im not a gamer but would like to watch 4k films on my Sammy ku6400 as used as a pc monitor i know you can get cheap Cards that will do the job but the cheaper one's after looking around do the job but you lose out on settings exc like MadVR and R/G/B which i might need since i will be getting my tv calibrated. I don't mind paying £100 if it gets me decent settings exc

when you say as used as a pc monitor which connector are you using? displayport or hdmi 2 surely

I've used a RX460 and currently a 1050ti, both have worked great! I'd be looking at a RX460/560 or 1050 minimum personally.
