The Nvidia Quadro FX3500 fan is really starting to grind my gears so I'm going to order something to go in instead. I've got two screens at 2048x1152 and use Windows 7 so it has to be able to the desktop without stuttering. Also gonna be playing the odd game of TF2/L4D when I'm doing deployments on weekends, what can you suggest? Budget is really no more than £350
