Hi,
I'm interested in slightly upgrading my graphics card and i'm torn between two.
One is the:
OcUK GeForce GTX 560 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card £131.99
and the other is the:
Asus GeForce GTX 550Ti DirectCU 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card [ENGTX550 TI DC/DI/1GD5 ] £99.98
My question is, is it worth getting the more expensive OcUK card. It does have more cores, at 336, compared to the Asus' 192.
But with regard to everything else the cheaper Asus has higher specs. Higher core clock, same memory, higher memory clock.
I'm guessing the answer is yes, but does almost doubling the cores more than make up for the other, slightly lower spec numbers?
Thanks very much
Bob
